This unique to The Well collection of classes are wrist-free. No downdogs, planks, or chattarungas. Creative yoga sequencing for those seeking to practice yoga for recovery, healing, and aging well. Balance, strength, and mobility are the foundations of these classes. Many of our yin classes can be found in this collection.
